Flat-coloured version of this one. I'll probably scrap it when I do a shaded version, but flats are useful for colour reference anyway. Slightly adjusted his arms this time, since one was way thicker than the other. Chopped out the backgrounds entirely because I'm sick of even thinking about them >.<; I think this gives them a nice sort of look.

Holy shit it's Runner! It's about frickin' time I did a new picture of him. He's the star of the original SotA storyline (though we are working on diversifying things so he no longer has the harem-anime effect that comes with running an RPG solely for your SO ).

Runner is an expert marksman who has the small problem that he can't remember why the Hylian authorities want to execute him. After striking a deal with the Sage of Forest to save his life, he now works for her as a link to the outside world. As a result, he has the odd trait of being a Hylian/plant monster hybrid who tends to grow seasonal berries behind his ears. It's not all bad, though, because being able to grow arrows means you don't have to carry a quiver.

Oh, and the fairy is Pratl, who is basically there to nanny him in case he goes rogue. She is a maddening obnoxious brat who chases other girl fairies and spends much of her time trapped in bottles when Runner gets sick of her.
